I joined Co-op Academy Stoke-on-Trent in September 2026 following 13 years of teaching Mathematics in Cheshire East Schools. Despite starting my qualified teaching career in Cheshire East, I had completed several volunteer and training posts at local Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire Moorlands schools while settling on my profession.

I progressed through my teaching career developing into a KS4 PSHE lead, Head of Mathematics for 6 years and onto being an Advanced Skills Teacher of Mathematics with a focus on STEM across an academy.

All of my experiences in education have solidified my commitment and desire to make education meaningful for all students. It is an honour to step into an Assistant Headteacher role at Co-op Academy Stoke-on-Trent and help local students develop socially and morally while achieving their full potential academically.
