Songwriting Workshop
It was a productive day for our music students as Year 10, along with Year 9s planning to take Music in KS4, participated in a songwriting session with Lucien Moon. The focus of the day was for students to develop their own tracks, using lyrics they had written during the session.
Lucien Moon's involvement provided valuable direction, allowing students to work through the creative process. Each participant successfully produced their own unique track. This included both the musical composition and the lyrical content they had developed.
The day demonstrated the students' engagement in the songwriting process. It served as an opportunity for them to apply their understanding and create original pieces. The session with Lucien Moon was a constructive experience for all involved, contributing to the students' practical music skills and creative output.
