Co-op Academy Students Published by Cambridge University

An incredible achievement! Six talented students from Co-op Academy Stoke-on-Trent have had their writing published in a prestigious anthology by Cambridge University. All of the students, currently in Year 10 and 11, submitted their work to The Litmus, an annual publication by Trinity College, Cambridge. The students received their printed anthologies this week—a truly special moment, seeing their work published by one of the world's most renowned universities.
This is a fantastic example of what can be accomplished when you do what matters most. For these students, it was their passion for writing. Their success highlights how their commitment to being themselves, always—expressing their unique voices and ideas—led to this remarkable outcome. We are so proud of each and every student for this outstanding accomplishment. Their hard work and dedication have paid off, showing us all that when we succeed together, great things are possible. We can't wait to see what they achieve next.
Ms. Williamson, Assistant Headteacher for Personal Development, shared her pride in the students' success. "We are so incredibly proud of the hard work and creativity of our students. Having their work published by a university like Cambridge is a huge achievement and an inspiration to the whole school. Who knows, perhaps one day they will be attending Cambridge as students themselves!"
The Litmus is a highly respected student-run literary publication that showcases new and emerging talent. The selection process is extremely competitive, making this achievement even more significant. It provides a valuable platform for young writers to be recognised for their creativity and skill.
Congratulations to all our published writers! Your achievement is an inspiration to your peers and the entire Co-op Academy Stoke-on-Trent community. It shows the power of talent, hard work, and a truly supportive environment where we all care about each other's success.
