Brothers Honoured with Headteacher’s Achievement Award
Our latest Headteacher’s Achievement Awards have been presented to two brothers who have shown truly exceptional community spirit. Jack in Year 10 and Ethan in Year 9 were recognised this week for their tireless volunteering efforts and their commitment to making a positive difference in our local area.
The pair met with Mr Richardson to receive their awards following their heavy involvement in supporting TS Domestics and their mission to "Make Tunstall Great Again." Whether it was rolling up their sleeves for community clean-ups or helping out with local initiatives, Jack and Ethan have dedicated their own time to improving the environment we all share.
Their actions are a perfect example of our Co-op Ways of Being in action—specifically Succeeding Together and Showing You Care. Seeing our students live out these values in their own time is a credit to the Academy and a brilliant example of what it means to be a good citizen.
Assistant Headteacher, Ms. Williamson, shared her thoughts on their achievement: "It was a pleasure to see Jack and Ethan recognised for their hard work. Mr Richardson was incredibly proud to present these awards; he spoke about how their dedication to the Tunstall community makes them stand-out role models for our entire student body. They have shown that age is no barrier to making a real impact, and we are all very proud of the character they’ve shown."
Huge congratulations to both Jack and Ethan. You are a credit to your families and to the Academy!
