A Fairytale Performance: Ellie Dances At Disneyland
While many were enjoying a well-earned break over the February half term, Ellie in Year 8 was having the experience of a lifetime. She travelled to Disneyland Paris with her dance school, and we are incredibly proud of everything she achieved during the trip.
The absolute highlight of the trip was Ellie performing in the world-famous Disney Parade. This is a massive achievement that requires an incredible amount of stamina and precision. Dancing down Main Street in front of thousands of people from all over the world takes huge confidence, and XX handled the pressure like a total professional.
On top of the parade, Ellie also took to the stage for a performance at Videopolis, showcasing all the hard work and dedication she and her peers have put into their rehearsals. Seeing our students take their talents to such a global stage is a very proud moment for the Academy, and she represented our community perfectly.
Huge congratulations to Ellie! We have loved hearing all about the magic of the performances and the hard work that went into making it happen. What a fantastic way to spend the half term.
