Published 11/11/24At Co-op Academy Stoke-on-Trent, we united this Remembrance season with heartfelt tributes and events, underscoring our dedication to values of respect, unity, and remembrance. This year, academy cadets and uniformed groups represented us at services and parades across the local area, including in Burslem and Hanley. Ms Williamson and Mrs Tatton laid a wreath at the Burslem Cenotaph on behalf of all staff and students, an act filled with pride and respect.

Throughout the month, our tutor programme spotlighted inspiring Black Britons, from pioneers in civil rights and the arts to innovators in science and technology, allowing students to discover and appreciate these influential stories.
